We want everyone to attend Brockwell Park 2022 feeling safe, relaxed and ready to enjoybeing in the company of other people again. We are working with all the relevant organisations and public health authorities to ensure a safe and responsible event for all guests and staff.
We are taking extra precautions to ensure that the risk of Covid transmission is minimised at the event:-
● COVID-19 STATUS:
We are using proof of your COVID-19 status to minimise the risk of the virus being able to spread at the event. To do this everyone working and attending this event must abide by this process. Anyone presenting a test result that is falsified or not their own will be refused admission to the event.
● POST-EVENT TESTING: All ticket holders are encouraged to take additional tests after attending the event.
● ENHANCED CLEANING: Additional hand sanitising points will be provided across the event site and enhanced cleaning will be in place
Social distancing will not be enforced on-site. Brockwell Park 2022 Festival cannot take responsibility for anyone who becomes unwell or catches Covid after the event and we believe that by enforcing additional entrance measures for the event, we are ensuring all ticket holders feel as comfortable as possible at the event.
ADMISSION
In line with the advice and guidance from UK and local Government, ticket holders will be required to present your NHS COVID Pass on entry in order to gain access to the event and to help us to reduce the risk of COVID-19.
We understand that the NHS COVID Pass is not available to Under 18’s, International and residents in Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland who are unable to access the NHS App.
These customers will be asked to show proof of COVID-19 Status via a Negative Test Result from the NHS via Text Message or via Vaccination Status Letter.

Failure to be able to produce the required certification will result in entry to the event being refused.
Please read the following information in detail and ensure that all steps are followed to ensure your entry to the event is as smooth as possible:
NHS COVID PASS
If you are aged 18 or over and are registered with a GP in England you can provide proof of your vaccination status through the NHS Covid Pass in the NHS App.
PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE DOWNLOADED A COPY OF YOUR NHS COVID PASS BEFORE YOU ARRIVE TO THE EVENT
We will primarily be using the NHS app as the tool to show your NHS COVID Pass. Please note this is not the NHS COVID-19 Track and Trace app you use to check into venues. Please also ensure you take a screenshot of your NHS COVID Pass in case there are any issues with this information loading upon arrival.
COVID Pass - Domestic events
In order to obtain the NHS COVID Pass you must have the following:
To be fully vaccinated with a COVID-19 vaccine used in the UK
When you can get a pass - 2 weeks after your 2nd dose, or 2 weeksafter 1 dose of the Janssen vaccineNegative PCR test of rapid lateral flow test within the past 48 hours
When you can get a pass - As soon as you get your result. If you did a rapid lateral flow test at home, report your rapid lateral flow test result on GOV.UK first herePositive PCR test within the past 6 months
When you can get a pass - After you’ve finished self isolating and up to 180 days after taking the test
You can create and present your NHS COVID Pass via the NHS App (including a downloadable pdf), on the NHS website or as a paper letter, which can be requested through the NHS website or by ringing 119.

If you are attending multiple days throughout the weekend you will need to take a second test if your first has expired. NHS Covid Passes generated from a negative Lateral Flow Test expire after 48 hours.
Please also note that your test result can take up to 2 hours to appear in the Covid Status app, so it is worth logging your test the night before you arrive at the event.
Lateral flow tests are free from the NHS (https://www.gov.uk/order-coronavirus-rapid-lateral-flow-tests) and can be ordered to be delivered to your home address or be picked up from an eligible location listed on the Gov website.
WELSH - COVID PASS
If you are registered to a GP in Wales you can provide proof of Vaccination Status via the Welsh COVID Pass.

VACCINE STATUS LETTER
If you are registered with a GP in England, Scotland or Wales you can provide proof of your vaccination status letter to gain entry to the event. Please note it can take up to 14 days to receive your vaccination status letter.

NHS LATERAL FLOW TEST VIA NHS TEXT MESSAGE OR EMAIL
For those unable to provide proof of COVID-19 status via the NHS COVID-19 Pass or Vaccination Status Letter, proof a Negative Lateral Flow Test is required via NHS text message or email. The test must have been taken within the last 48 hours.
In order to obtain the a Proof of Lateral Flow Test via NHS text message or email you must have the following
Negative PCR test of rapid lateral flow test within the past 48 hours
When you can get your text message - As soon as you get your result. If you did a rapid lateral flow test at home, report your rapid lateral flow test result on GOV.UK first here

When do I need to take my lateral flow tests?
Please take your test within 48 hours of your arrival to the event. Please remember that your test result can take up to 2 hours to appear in the Covid Status App so it is worth logging your test the night before you are due to arrive.
What is the difference between the NHS COVID-19 App and the NHS App?
The NHS COVID-19 App is required for checking into venues and for test and trace. The NHS App is required to gain entry into the event via it’s COVID pass. This app will host your NHS COVID PASS for the event. The app can be found here. They are two separate apps.The NHS COVID-19 App will not be required for the event.

I’m fully vaccinated, do I need to provide proof of a negative lateral flow result?
No. If you have received both doses of the vaccine 14 days ahead of your first day at the event you will not need to take a lateral flow test.

International ticket holders, will be required to show a negative NHS Lateral Flow Test taken within 48hrs of attending the event in order to gain entry via NHS text message or email. The test should be registered whilst in the UK and should use the UK accommodation address.
Can I come to the event if I’m not fully vaccinated?
Yes however you will need to show proof of a negative NHS Lateral Flow Test to gain entry to the event.

What should I do if I test positive for COVID-19 using the Lateral Flow Device?

What if I don’t have a smartphone and cannot use the NHS App or NHS website?
If you do not own a smartphone or computer you can still log a negative lateral flow test result by calling the phone number in your test kit’s instructions. After registering you will receive a text message confirming your negative test result from NHS that you can provide upon entry to the festival.
If you are fully vaccinated you can request an NHS Covid Pass Letter via the NHS Website. The letter may take up to 5 working days to reach you, so ensure you order in good time before attending the Festival.
Can I roll over/refund my ticket if I test positive
You will be able to roll over your ticket to next years festival. Please just email information of your positive test and ticket number to info@xthetracks.com
I have been told to self isolate, what should I do?
If you’re told to self-isolate by NHS Test and Trace or through the NHS COVID-19 app before the event you must self-isolate immediately and follow NHS Guidance.
This means you will not be able to attend the event so please act responsibly, stay at home to protect your fellow festival goers and the wider community.
What if I, or someone coming to the event is identified as a close contact before or whilst we are at the event?
If this happens prior to, or while at the event then you will need to follow government guidance.

Do I take the test at home or arrival?
Please take your lateral flow test at home within 48 hours of arriving at the event. There will be no facilities on site for you to take your lateral flow test.
When can I take my mask off/stop social distancing?
Once you have shown proof of your negative test - this will be done at the entrance to the event.
We would still recommend all attendees to wear masks in areas of high density however this will not be enforced.
There will be no social distancing at the event.
What additional measures are we implementing due to COVID-19?
Sanitisation
There will be additional hand sanitation points throughout the site and the event has regular cleaning regimes and standards which we will ensure is enforced and tracked throughout the event. There will also be deep cleansing of the site of high touch points areas including staff areas, welfare, medical and toilets.
We would still advise all ticket holders to ensure they are washing and sanitising their hands regularly.
PPE
We have decided that all staff who will be working in close proximity with customers and other staff will still be expected to wear PPE. These include Bar staff, Food traders, Security and Stewarding staff and Welfare/Medical staff.
Attendees will not be required to wear face masks however we would encourage it in areas of high density (i.e on arrival at the entrance to the event).
Staff
All staff working at the event will be expected to abide by the same restrictions as ticket holders before they start work at the event.
This also extends to Artists who will be playing at the event.
